Voting for the HCST AGM & Board Elections closed on 4th June, 2022.
The votes have been counted and the results can now be announced.
- The Accounts are available for review by everyone Do you agree to waive the requirement for an audit?
- Accepted with a 96.6% “YES” vote
- Do you agree to the appointment of Anthony Northgraves, and the re-election of Russell Anson and Pete Fleming to the Trust Board?
- Anthony Northgraves – elected with a 98.34% “YES” vote
- Russell Anson – re-elected with a 95.0% “YES” vote
- Pete Fleming – re-elected with a 100% “YES” vote.
The Board would like to congratulate all candidates and welcomes Ant to his new role on the Board. Roles and Responsibilities of the Directors will be decided by the Board at the next Meeting which is due to be held on Monday 13th June, 2022.
