Blackburn is “toxic brand” say fans

Rovers Trust urges Indian owners to sell club as soon as possible

As attendances at Ewood Park continue to fall and the situation on the pitch looks increasingly grim, the Rovers Trust has urged Venky’s to put the club up for sale. Trust chair Wayne Wild said: “We are already at the bottom of the Championship and the financial situation looks increasingly alarming.”

“Our members – and many Rovers fans – are increasingly looking to us to lead the campaign to remove the owners from our club.” Last week,Blackburn Rovers FC Action Group called for the immediate resignation of the club’s board.
