Millwall fans’ complaint upheld

Manchester City turned away neutral fans 

Millwall fans who were denied entry to the Etihad as neutrals, just because of the team they support, have had their complaint upheld by the Independent Football Ombudsman (IFO).

“A simple ‘sorry’ for what happened might well have concluded this whole saga at an early stage,” the IFO ruled.
