In view of the ongoing issues in the East Stand, the club have invited us to a meeting on Tuesday with themselves and the SMC to explain the rationale behind their decisions. We will report back after this meeting and ask for members feedback.

The club need to look at what message their actions are sending to their own supporters. Lines of stewards effectively segregating a section of their own fans, combined with ticket checks and not selling tickets for that section of the ground could be seen as potentially provocative and actions that exacerbate issues with fans. The vast majority of us want to get behind the team and create a vibrant and intimidating atmosphere for away sides. Ask yourselves what other club would have responded in the same way?
