The HCST is delighted to announce that the Trust is set to become the main shirt sponsor of #BlokesUnitedFC.
Set up by HRRFC veteran Phil Lamb, Blokes United helps men in Hull and East Riding improve their mental health through football and chat – “No gimmicks, no pressure”. This is an issue very close to our hearts here at the HCST, and on top of offering the Trust’s support going forward to help them raise awareness in the local area, the HCST will now sponsor Blokes United’s 11-a-side shirt.
In a statement earlier this evening, Blokes United FC said, “We would like to announce that after today’s Challenge Match the board of directors at the Hull City Supporters Trust have generously agreed to become the main shirt sponsor for #BlokesUnitedFC“.
“This is the start of a healthy relationship between the two parties which will be celebrated with an 11-a-side friendly in December”.
This sponsorship deal, that further adds to the Trust’s Objective of “Promoting responsible and constructive community engagement”, is just the start of the Trust’s affiliation with Blokes United. Look out for updates on our website in the next weeks for more news.
