This week our HCST Partner of the Week is Circle 87 Café, located on Anlaby Road. As well as being a proud business partner of the Trust, Circle 87 are also big supporters of Hull City as a club, and have this week announced they are fully supporting the Hull City fans’ boycott of Saturday’s FA Cup clash with Swansea City.
A unique café, made for matchdays. Cooking up quality food and serving a variety of local beers. The best place to eat before Hull City matches and literally 5 minutes away from the KCOM. Excellent breakfast, golden triple cooked chips and exceptional burgers. Travelling to see City away? Why not stop by Circle 87 before the buses leave the KCOM. Their Travelling Tiger Club opens two hours before the buses leave on most occasions. See their website or facebook page for details, and keep an eye out for other exclusive HCST offers throughout the season.
Currently, Circle 87 generously offer a free tea/coffee/hot drink with any food purchase, exclusively for all HCST members.
As already mentioned, despite the prospect of losing business on a busy matchday, Circle 87 fully support Hull City fans’ boycott on Saturday, and ask Ehab to, “visit us and engage with the local area your father wanted to ‘pay back’. Listen to our concerns, take them on board and do the right thing to get the fans back to the KCOM Stadium.”
Circle 87 go on to say, “The call for a boycott by the HCST of the FA Cup Third Round tie on Saturday will have a serious negative effect on the trade of the business that day. However we FULLY SUPPORT the boycott by fans against the current regime of the club er all love and support.”
